A Space Gallery Summer 2026 Open Call: Solo Exhibition
A Space Gallery (Brooklyn, NY) is excited to announce that our Summer 2026 Open Call for Artist Solo Exhibition is now open for submissions.
Selected solo exhibitions will take place during the Summer 2026 , with final scheduling determined in collaboration with each selected artist based on the nature of the work and the gallery’s programming calendar.
We are especially interested in supporting underrepresented artists, projects that engage the gallery space in thoughtful or unexpected ways, and works that may not easily fit within the framework of a traditional commercial gallery. We welcome submissions from artists of all educational backgrounds and career stages, and we encourage applications from artists based both across the United States and internationally.
Artists selected for a solo exhibition will work closely with A Space Gallery’s curatorial team to develop and prepare their exhibition.
Submission Instruction

Select 5 images you will submit. Images of accepted work may be used on A Space Gallery website, social media, and promotional materials for publicity.

Label each image with: Full name, Title of work, Medium, Size and Year. Separate with a dash. Example: First name_Last name_Title_Medium_Size_Year.

Images must be submitted in JPG /JPEG format

If there is video work, include a still image of the video and the video clip of 2 minutes maximum
Exhibition and Delivery Requirements

Work must arrive by the exhibition installation date and must be installed by the artist. A Space Gallery staff will assist artist.

A label must be attached to the back/bottom of each work with name, title, medium and price.

Work must be presented in a manner appropriate to the artwork and be equipped for presentation.

If work is shipped, include a prepaid return shipping label with your package.

No work which was not originally selected by or discussed with A Space Gallery will be displayed.
