Universe, Earth, Humanity(Oil Sketch)_Yiting Liu.jpeg

Universe, Earth, Humanity(Oil Sketch) is an exploration of human experience based on the Chinese philosophy of the harmony unifying between nature and human. The idea of three elements comes from the ancient Chinese instrument Guqin.

Ruoyu Gong follows two artistic paths: experimental monoprints that embrace the unknown, and multimedia relief paintings that express his playful spirit. At their intersection lies his drive to explore the hidden tensions within—a battlefield of creative impulses.

Ari Fu Hong’s paintings feature stoic, almost mechanical human figures that explore the tension between stillness and vitality. These expressionless figures embody the dichotomy of rigidity and movement, evoking the inner struggles of identity and emotional restraint.

This photographic work transforms an ordinary bathroom into a strange, intimate stage where personal fantasy quietly merges with the everyday. Guided by instinct and contradiction, the scene captures a quietly inhabited space shaped by the collision between inner imagery and physical reality.

This brooch captures layered emotions from a city trip with a friend, symbolizing passing time and emotions by abstracting zodiac animal shapes into contours representing memories. Crafted with enamel, gemstones, and reflective metals, its swaying elements reflect urban rhythm and fleeting moments from day to night.

Adam's Apple is a levitating “forbidden fruit” built from fractured circuit boards, its pulsing screen silently counting the world’s population. Hovering between technological progress and the natural world, the work asks where our quest for knowledge begins to upset the balance.
